Content & Post Production Editor
Location: Tel Aviv | Part-time Position
We use AI to repurpose Hollywood movies and series into something addictive. Backed by top VCs, serial entrepreneurs, and worldwide media partners, we’re building the next-generation gamified streaming app for short-form, story-driven content.
As our content library continues to grow, we are looking for a Content & Post Production Editor (Part-Time Position, 50% | 3 days a week) to join our Content Team. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position as the company and content team continue to expand.
What you’ll do
Review & QC video content: Ensure the story comes across clearly, with sharp pacing, strong hooks, and high-impact cliffhangers.
Manage external catalogs: Review, filter, and prioritize incoming titles from partner companies for the app.
Guide the editing team: Provide clear creative feedback to editors on narrative clarity and story structure.
Make content decisions: Own the daily editorial choices to optimize user retention.
supporting the overall development process within the department.
Maintain and make sure to optimize the workflow of editors by our playbook.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience as a Post-Production Content Editor, Story Editor, or TV Content Editor (Must have).
A sharp eye for visual storytelling, pacing, hooks, and dramatic cliffhangers.
Ability to guide video editors and provide clear, precise creative feedback on narrative structure.
Highly responsible with strong attention to detail and quality control.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
