We’re looking for sharp eyes, quick thinking, creative writing skills, and the ability to adapt your design style to any format that comes your way- from Meta to TikTok, from a tiny asset to a full creative concept.
Work hands-on with the hottest AI tools- as an integral part of your daily creative work.
Produce campaign assets across multiple platforms: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display and more.
Take a brief → develop a concept → design → create variations → deliver final assets.
Create designs that drive measurable performance (not just portfolio visuals).
Turn AI tools into a creative engine, not just a shortcut.
Grow into influencing style, direction, and creative language across client work.
Collaborate with the team that backs each other, inspires each other, and keeps the creative fire going.

1-3 years of experience from a Digital Agency / Advertising Agency / Studio / Freelance work
Expert-level Photoshop skills
Big advantage for experience in: Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, After Effects
Curious mindset about AI tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, Sora, Ideogram — and whatever comes out tomorrow
Strong creative writing instincts
Solid understanding of media, social, digital and everything in between- what works, what sticks, what drives action
Strong ability to work fast and efficiently while maintaining high aesthetic standards
Constant desire to learn, grow, and level-up, just like a Pokémon
Native Hebrew - required.
