About the Role
Studio Manager / Operator
Location: Talpiot, Jerusalem
Schedule: 4 days a week (including Tuesday and Thursday), 10:00–19:00

We are looking for a Studio Manager / Operator to run daily productions in our newly built JNS
studio. The ideal candidate will be both technically skilled and people-oriented—able to operate a
multi-camera studio environment while creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere for hosts
and guests.

Responsibilities

Operate and record live and pre-recorded shows using vMix
Live-switch between 3–4 cameras depending on the show format
Set up and manage studio audio, including dynamic microphones and wireless lavaliers
Read and interpret the studio’s technical I/O map
Operate cameras and lenses (Blackmagic Studio Camera 6K Pro + EF mount lenses)
Keep the studio and the equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained
Make basic studio lighting adjustments (direction, intensity, color temperature)
Apply basic CCU knowledge for consistent image quality
Operate the teleprompter when needed
Prepare recorded files for post-production (renaming, copying, uploading to server)
Interact professionally with hosts and guests, ensuring a smooth recording experience

Fluent English (spoken and written)

3+ years plus experience in a similar environment and role
Proven experience in a TV or podcast studio environment

Proficiency with:

vMix – required
Resolume Arena – advantage
Cameo (studio lighting management) – advantage
Ability to handle and move studio equipment safely
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under production deadlines
