Managing production workflows from brief to delivery
Coordinating between Creative, Product, and CS teams
Building processes that keep our fast-paced studio running smoothly
Supporting scaling, onboarding, and cross-team collaboration

Full-time, Tel Aviv

5+ years of experience in production operations / post-production management
Strong background in creative pipelines (video, animation, 3D)
Process-oriented, problem-solver, hands-on attitude
Experience in gaming or ad tech – big plus!
