What We’re Looking For:
A versatile and motivated generalist with passion for design, animation and technology. A person with proven experience in Generative AI tools and a high level of proficiency in image editing, motion graphics and digital compositing software suites. You need to be someone who can take a project from the concept phase all the way to final delivery while working in a dynamic, fast paced, and challenging environment.

Job Description:
• Be an integral part of a post-production pipeline for high end visual concepts, including commercials, immersive experiences, social media content and promotional videos.
• Apply and utilize the latest AI-based tools to improve workflows, create concepts, and optimize outputs.
• Work closely with creative teams, editors, and producers to meet project goals.
• Design characters, environments and entire shots using a variety of image editing techniques and AI image generation tools.
• Generate shots in AI video tools and animate various elements in the shots.
• Composite and integrate additional visual elements using a compositing software package.

• An impressive portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects, with an emphasis on Generative AI – mandatory.
o AI video projects that are longer than 1 shot are a large bonus.
• Practical and proven experience using AI tools (such as MidJourney, Veo3, Kling AI, etc.) in creative projects.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as an After Effects Artist / Motion Graphics Designer – mandatory.
• Full and in-depth mastery of After Effects, including common plugins.
• Full and in-depth mastery of Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color.
• Stay at the forefront of technology and trends in AI, animation, design, and visual storytelling.
• Strong advantage: experience in color grading with DaVinci Resolve.
• Advantage: experience and knowledge in advanced compositing (Keying, Tracking, Rotoscoping).
