The Opportunity
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Logistics & Stock Coordinator to manage our inventory operations, international stock flow, and related purchasing across our fashion, music, and retail product lines — with a focus on our Tel Aviv base and close collaboration with our London team.
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of product development, retail operations, supplier management, and logistics. You’ll oversee sourcing for our flagship store, manage international stock flow, support product launches, and play a key role in expanding our physical presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all stock and purchasing operations for our in-store and eCommerce offerings (fashion, audio gear, vinyl, and lifestyle).
Source and coordinate with local and international suppliers, from purchase order to delivery and restocking.
Maintain accurate stock levels and records across multiple product categories using tools like Odoo ERP.
Collaborate with creative teams on developing new fashion/apparel/audio products.
Coordinate customs, shipping, and delivery for international logistics.
Liaise with buyers, store managers, and curators to ensure product flow matches demand.
Generate reports on stock levels, product performance, and supplier timelines.
Prepare and update product data, pricing, barcodes, packaging, and in-store presentation.
Support store operations, product drops, pop-ups, and seasonal sales planning.
Troubleshoot stock discrepancies, delays, or supplier issues in a solution-oriented way.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, stock coordination, or operations.
Experience working in a multi-category retail environment: music, fashion, lifestyle, electronics, or F&B.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) and Excel/Google Sheets.
Proven ability to work across departments - creative, operational, financial.
Strong written and verbal communication in English (Hebrew a plus).
Background or passion for music, fashion, or the arts.
High attention to detail, excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
Experience managing international shipping and supplier relationships — a strong advantage.
Team player with strong follow-through and independent work ethic.
