Our Sound Studio is seeking a Voice Director to join our team.
This role combines traditional voice direction with AI voice production. The voice director will work closely with our sound team to create natural, engaging, high-quality performances using both professional voice actors and AI-generated voices.

What we're looking for:
• Native English speaker (essential)
• Experience in voice-over, voice direction, theater, drama, or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of both UK and US accents and pronunciation
• A keen ear for voice quality, authenticity, consistency and natural delivery
• Ability to work extensively with AI voice tools to refine prompts and outputs and achieve high-quality, human-like performances
• Experience with ElevenLabs or similar AI voice platforms (an advantage)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
