AVRIS is looking for a Visual Storyteller who can bridge the gap between AI tech and cinematic production. We need a creator who brings a high level of technical AI proficiency alongside a deep understanding of framing, pacing, and direction. Your role will be to harness these tools to bring scripts to life with professional, high-end results.

Key Responsibilities:
Narrative Creation:
Transform scripts into cinematic AI films, featuring a lead character narrator supported by rich, contextual visuals.

Structured Workflow:
Lead projects through a professional production pipeline: from Video-board stage to Offline and final Online delivery.

AI Directing:
Use advanced AI tools to generate high-quality video and audio content that feels intentional, directed, and emotionally resonant.

Post-Production:
High-level video editing, motion graphics and compositing when needed.

Visual Continuity & Hybrid Aesthetics:
Seamlessly blend AI-generated content with stock footage and graphics while strictly maintaining the visual identity and narrative tone of our existing productions

Software Suite:
Expert level in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop

Requirements:
Directorial Eye: Deep understanding of cinematography, framing, pacing, and visual storytelling. You understand the "Why" behind the "How."
Editing Mastery: Proven experience in narrative or documentary editing.
AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience and high skill level with:
Video/Still: HeyGen, Veo 3.1, other
Audio: ElevenLabs, Wellsaid, other
Image: Nano Banana
