we are a fast-growing global ecommerce brand and a leader in the men's personal care category.
The Email Marketing Designer will be key in creating visually compelling and performance-driven email campaigns. This role involves designing emails, uploading them to Klaviyo, ensuring brand consistency in collaboration with the Brand & Marketing Designers, and optimizing email content for desktop and mobile. The Email Marketing Designer will also be responsible for quality control, analyzing trends, checking competitors, and continually improving email performance through A/B testing and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Email Design Creation: Design visually engaging and responsive email templates that align with the brand’s style and goals, optimizing for desktop and mobile formats.
Klaviyo Integration: Upload email designs to Klaviyo and manage the design process directly within the platform, ensuring smooth integration with email marketing campaigns.
Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the Brand and marketing Designers to ensure that all email designs adhere to the overall brand guidelines, maintaining a unified aesthetic and voice across all communication channels.
Quality Control via Litmus: Use Litmus to perform quality checks on email designs to ensure compatibility, rendering consistency, and optimal display across different devices and email clients.
Competitor & Trend Analysis: Regularly review competitors’ email campaigns and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inspiration for email designs.
Performance Monitoring: Track email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to assess the success of each campaign and identify areas for optimization.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing for email designs, to continually optimize campaigns for higher engagement and conversions.
Collaboration with Email Marketing Team: Work closely with the Head of Retention to align design strategies with marketing goals, ensure proper execution of campaigns, and provide creative input on email strategy.

Proven experience in email marketing design, with a portfolio showcasing responsive and engaging email templates.
Proficiency in Klaviyo and other email marketing platforms; experience designing directly within these tools is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design and development (an advantage).
Familiarity with Litmus for email testing and quality control (an advantage).
Ability to design for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring emails are optimized for all devices.
Understanding of email marketing metrics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to stay up to date with the latest email marketing trends and competitor activity.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design quality.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the marketing team.
An English native speaker (or a very high level of English proficiency)
