a fast-growing global brand in men’s personal care, is looking for a Creative Producer to join our team in Tel Aviv! If you're passionate about bringing powerful creative visions to life and have experience managing end-to-end production, this could be the role for you.

As our Creative Producer, you’ll play a central role in managing the entire production process for TV, digital content, and stills—from pre-production through to post-production. This role is perfect for a seasoned producer with a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of the brand's image, eager to make an impact in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production across all stages, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and the brand's creative standards.
Collaborate closely with our Head of Creative to bring the vision to life.
Lead casting efforts, ensuring talent aligns with the brand’s goals and campaign needs.
Manage budgets, scheduling, and all logistical aspects, from location scouting to equipment rentals.
Problem-solve and adapt to production challenges, ensuring top-notch delivery every time.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in production management for TV, digital content, and stills.
Strong background in post-production, including editing and sound design.
Expertise in casting and working with a variety of creative talent.
