About the Role:
We are a US-based news media channel and production company seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to manage multiple platforms, drive engagement, and oversee content curation for our media and production channels. This role requires a candidate who excels at multitasking, is deeply familiar with social media best practices, and can execute strategies that foster audience growth and interaction. You will work closely with content and production teams to keep audiences engaged and informed while ensuring consistency across all platforms

The perfect candidate will have:
Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and verbal)
3-5 years of experience in social media management
Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities
Strong understanding of social media analytics and trends
Excellent writing and editing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience with video editing and graphic design is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Oversee and manage daily activity across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Rumble, and TikTok.
Regularly upload and post content, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
Engage in real-time content creation, posting updates about news activities throughout the day.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure articles, short videos, and other media assets are timely and ready for posting.
Manage and upload videos to YouTube, particularly on weekends or when the US team is unavailable.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms Strong content curation, writing, and editing skills.
Experience in managing community engagement and building strong online communities.
Ability to multitask and handle quick turnarounds on content.
Passion for staying on top of social media trends and platform updates.
