We are ROVR, a team of music professionals and entrepreneurs looking to reinvent how people discover and listen to new music.

We are opening our ranks and looking for world-class contributors to join us. As the Producer and Talent Coordinator, you will work closely with our talented Content curators to ensure they are satisfied with their collaboration with us. You will seek to develop a positive experience and create high-quality relationships that will support brand loyalty.

Scope of Work:
1. Onboard new curators, providing guidance on platform features, technical requirements, and playlist submission processes.
2. Assist curators with any questions or requests they may have throughout their ongoing collaboration with the company.
3. Daily tracking of curator work progress, ongoing problems, or various issues.
4. Review partners' concerns and collaborate with the technical department to seek to improve all aspects of the collaboration experience.
5. Manage contract documentation, including negotiating terms, tracking contract details, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
6. Ongoing tracking of contracts, invoices, and other documents delivered by the curators.
7. Review submitted playlists, ensure the content meets the company's highest standards, and contact curators in case of issues.
8. Team up with our new media department to enhance engagement from our affiliated curators, content creation, and promo campaigns through various platforms.
9. Communicating and coordinating with our curators for collaborations on ROVR live events.

1. At least three years of experience as a producer, talent manager, or equivalent roles;
2. Mandatory English as a mother tongue; other languages are a plus;
3. Must be knowledgeable about music, show a genuine passion for cultural content in general, and stay informed on the industry's current news and events; knowledge or interest in audio technology is a plus;
4. Must have previous work experience within the international music industry;
5. Exceptional ability to communicate and cultivate positive and durable relationships with our collaborators and affiliated artists;
6. Strong team spirit, natural social skills, and a capacity to quickly adapt and work in cross-functional teams
7. Must demonstrate dedication, accountability, and exemplary organizational skills;
8. Deep understanding of the company vision and our products' global purpose.
