About The Position
We are a leading E-commerce company, seeks an enthusiastic social media manager with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for fashion and lifestyle to join our company

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

This is a full-time position in our Tel Aviv Area offices.

Responsibilities
Managing all social media channels accounts for all our brands
Managing the total look of the feed
Creating Instagram stories content | working closely with the brand designer
Managing UGC assets | hunting after amazing visuals and content
Managing Brand projects on Social Media level | implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
Managing creative photoshoots
Working closely with the brand influencers manager and assist with the campaign, maintenance and development of the brand influencers activity for all brands
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout, pintrest, YouTube…)
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and application

Requirements
Two years of experience in a similar role in social media
Utilization of a variety of social media platforms, particularly relating to advertising/branding and customer service
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to construct engaging captions and implement effective storytelling techniques
Excellent communication skills
An interest in the fashion industry
When rarely needed, willingness to work evenings and weekends
Advantages
Experience with Canva / Adobe programs (Premiere Pro & Photoshop - Advantage)
