Our creative team is growing, and we’re looking for a super talented, pixel-perfect, experienced Marketing Designer to join and lead our marketing designers within the creative team.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-disciplinary visual designer who's also a top-notch communicator, team player, and leader by nature–a leader who sees the big picture and knows the worlds of digital marketing and design; who is passionate about hands-on work; who has a finger on the pulse of interesting and innovative designs trends; and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

About the Role

Lead and manage a team of independent designers
Guide the team to develop their craft and become excellent professionals
Work closely with all marketing channels to understand their challenges and needs
Collaborate with the product design team to develop a high bar of quality and cohesiveness
Work with agencies and creative freelancers from around the world
Hire quality design talent
Analyze performance data and come up with creative strategies
Roll up your sleeves and contribute as a designer when needed

3+ years of experience as a Design Team Lead in advertising/creative marketing
Strong leadership and social skills
Experience with performance data
Strong presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
