About the Role

we are seeking a top-notch, ambitious, and creative in-house Art Director who can conceptualize and create art for all things digital and print marketing.

In this job, you will be able to venture and dive further into cyber security marketing and work with a strong marketing team in a marketing-forward company that is experiencing hyper-growth. With a lot of room for creativity and contribution, this role will allow you to make an immediate impact on the public face Pcysys shows to the world. Responsibilities:

Be an integral part of the marketing and communications team creating concepts and designs for ads, slides, infographics, collateral, wall art, banners and blog headers, and video content (desired)
Develop creative ideas and concepts that evolve the company’s brand – staying within the parameters of the visual identity without getting “stuck”
Choose the appropriate media and style to meet the objectives to evolve the brand
Make necessary improvements to existing graphics concepts
Design for a variety of types of collateral, working with various stakeholders and maintaining continuity across media while continuously adding to the richness of the company’s public face
Shepherd design projects through from early concept to execution

5+ years of experience in Web design – websites, landing pages, banners
B2B experience
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign – must
Print design experience – flyers, brochures, conferences, booth design etc.
Strong creative, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent presentation, communication, and computer skills
A team player able to handle criticism and take direction


Advantages:

Elementor (WP plugin) knowledge – advantage
Ability to work with programming languages such as HTML – advantage
Adobe Premiere and After Effects and/or other video editing and animation experience – advantage
Ad agency experience – advantage
Adobe Dreamweaver, CorelDRAW, and QuarkXPress – advantage
Familiarity with production and rendering methods, including drawing, offset printing, photography, interactive media – advantage
Understanding of UX/UI design – advantage
