• Responsible to coordinate with the Art Director and Animators on assignments for the animation team ensuring they meet milestone goals at high quality
• Following the defined artistic goals and game design requirements through all phases of the game development cycle from pre-production through final product release.
• Oversee the creation of in game character animations and other game assets.
• Motivate, mentor and inspire the Animation team, guiding them through various stages of production with clear direction.
• Ensure set goals will be met from a scope, schedule, technical and artistic perspective while filling game design needs.

● Minimum 5-7 years of experience in animation;
● Experience in a management role;
● Good knowledge of 3DSMAX and CAT;
● Working knowledge of Unity 3D engine from animators view point;
● Understanding in creation of in-game character animation clips;
● Good understanding of animation principles – timing, weight and acting;
● Ability to plan, organize and prioritize the team’s work in the context of given timescales and quality requirements;
● Strong leadership skills, time and priority management;
● The ability to review all animation submissions and ensure the quality of the works technically and creatively, both for inhouse and outsource animators;
● Ability to create and develop productive teams;
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
● Critical thinking and problem solving;
● Self-starter with proactive attitude to improve own qualifications;
● Knowledge sharing attitude and ability to coach less experienced people;
● Fluent English
● Very good artistic skills
● Experience in the gaming industry
