Responsible for various administrative tasks, related to operations, logistics, facilities, and more

Point of contact for internal and external interfaces

Provide managers support with their admin needs

Evening flexible hours

Requirements

Ability to work in the evenings

Ability to work at least 5 times a week

A highly organized and dedicated person

Independent judgment, discreet and confidential

Good at prioritizing tasks, organized, with attention to details

Team player, people person – service oriented

Strong oral and written communication skills in English
