We are looking for a CRM and Monetization Manager to join our great CRM & monetization team! We are a Korean gaming company specializing in online social games with HQ in Seoul and sites around the world.
The CRM & Monetization Manager is responsible for engagement and revenue KPI’s of our apps across different segments according to the players motivation and behaviors by creating creative and existing promotions to increase playtime and spend and for Developing a quarterly and monthly plan aligned with the strategy that leverages all product features and marketing tools in addition to coming up with creative new innovative ideas and communicating it to millions of players.
The Monetization Manager will own revenue and DAU KPIs and will plan and execute monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to stay, play and pay aligned with the retention monetization KPIs targets.
In this role you will develop daily promotional plans and oversee its implementation through the campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, monitoring its results and reacting accordingly and analyzing it, all while working closely with the creative team, executions team, product managers and analytics team. In addition, you will own a product line with a full responsibility on its launch and ongoing usage.

דרישות
• 2+ years of experience as Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, CRM or Product Marketing (in the online/ gaming industry- an advantage)
• Proven analytical competencies
• Focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/ games – high advantage
• English native speaker – advantage- copy work needed
