Wanted: SEO Team Leader for an international company. This is a fulltime position in the heart of Tel Aviv, with great people, high salary and excellent conditions.

Responsibilities:
● Ensure best SEO practices across sites by utilizing tools: Google Analytics, Pi Data Metrics, Google Search Console, Linkdex, Moz, Majestic and Screaming Frog.
● Shape and execute SEO strategy.
● Demonstrate ROI of SEO campaigns.
● Trouble-shoot site issues and fix them directly.
● Design and conduct rigorous A/B experiments.
● Create performance review for sites.
● Partner with teams outside of the SEO department.
● Support, train and develop the SEO executives.
● Recruit and expand the SEO team.

Requirements:
●2+ years' SEO experience and proven record in driving a sustained SEO strategy.
● Solid data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets.
● Proven ability to manage internally, upwards and downwards.
● Proven record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion.
● Excellent knowledge of SEO best practice.
● Experience using a range of SEO reporting and monitoring tools.
● Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS coding.
● Proven ability to work closely with technical (software development) teams.
