The Creative Production & Studio Coordinator is the heartbeat of our creative operations at Particle for Men. This role acts as the main funnel for creative requests coming from cross-functional teams (Retention, Marketing, Product) and makes sure they’re translated into clear, actionable tasks for our video editors and designers.



You’ll manage assignments, prioritize workload, and keep projects on track — while also working as a hands-on, field production coordinator for our TV commercials. That means handling calls, emails, and daily communication with all crew members to ensure every production flows smoothly and hits its deadlines.



We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, can juggle multiple tasks in parallel, stays highly organized, and brings positive energy and enthusiasm to our creative studio every day.



Key Responsibilities:



Studio Workflow

Act as the main funnel for creative requests from Retention, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring they’re turned into clear, actionable tasks for our video editors and designers.
Prioritize assignments based on deadlines, business needs, and team capacity.
Communicate daily with team members and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and updated.
Manage the weekly and monthly workload for our video editors and designers, balancing capacity to meet tight deadlines.
Keep Monday.com platform updated, clear, and organized (experience with Monday.com or similar tools is optional but valued)
Talk daily with the creative team to check statuses, unblock any issues, and make sure work stays on track.
Provide regular updates and status reports on project progress and team capacity.


TV Commercials Production

Actively coordinate the entire TV commercials production pipeline — from scripts and storyboards to final delivery.
Work as a true field production coordinator: manage phone calls, emails, schedules, and daily communication with all crew members.
Ensure every stage of production — pre-production, shooting, post-production — flows smoothly and stays on time.
Work closely with our Creative Producer and support him to produce our amazing worldwide TV commercials from start to finish.
Make sure all deliverables are accurate, approved, and meet deadlines for each market.

Proven experience in production or team coordination — must.
English proficiency — must.
Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working under pressure and with hard deadlines.
Skilled at managing multiple projects and tasks in parallel.
High energy, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about creative production.
A great communicator who enjoys working closely with designers, video editors and producers.
Familiarity with Monday.com or any other task management platform — optional but an advantage.
