Looking for an Art Director for Maternity leave replacement

We are game marketing experts, looking for an experienced and skilled Art Director for 4 months to lead the team and create stunning projects for the most successful game companies in the world. Our offices are in Herzliya Pituach.


Responsibilities
Set up best practices, processes, design standards and methodologies for the team to ensure the highest quality of delivery.

Lead and mentor a team of designers and artists, assign and prioritize their tasks.

Understand client needs and constantly research ways to provide designs that engage players in creative & inspiring ways.

Multi-task several projects to meet deadlines.

Proven Track record in Art Direction with the ability to define, communicate and lead the art production of the studio - at least 2 years

Strong knowledge of concept art fundamentals, color theory, composition, character design.

Extensive experience with user interface design patterns and standard methodologies across multiple platforms.

Experience and passion for leading, coaching and developing artists.

Experience in critiquing and clear communication of ideas.

Advanced English proficiency.

Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator – big advantage.

Experience with 2D, 3D art and animation – big advantage.
