For the past 4 years, as the Project Manager and designer at BlackBoard Studios, focusing mainly on B2B positioning videos, explainers/onboarding, and B2C digital advertisement, my responsibilities included overseeing all parts of the production process:
Communication with clients, project budgeting and quoting, scheduling production time tables, daily briefings on objectives, tracking and prioritizing assignments, choosing and managing outsourcing vendors from around the world, tracking and managing budgets and expenses.
